Are you guys enjoying the Awards/flavour text so far? What is flavor text? Extra, unneeded text that adds to the theme or concept but is basically uncessary. The Pierre Mcguire take for example.

Ah okay. I love the stuff like that you always do. Makes reading the stuff downright fun. SJ trades are always a highlight.

After year one tracking the Detroit award for late round success is a fun one when combined with constant playoff team.
Choker award for awesome team that fails to make it out of conference finals.
What is too cold award for the guy who never plunges in for contention, always has a nice prospect pool but fails to develop into a good team.
Those are more fun and real measure of a GM's tenure.
These have been a solid list of asset performance. I wish we held off until after the playoffs but I'm sure with the free agency, draft and season prep we'll manage to stay busy.
Fwiw: Sam Bennet is going to be the best ADHL asset, Ryan Kesler with more scoring and for a longer period of time.

Right now I feel like Eichel is going to be the top guy in the league down the road. Maybe Matthews lol

Just like NHL, all regular season awards. Wanted the voting to be based on that and also felt it would keep people active during the playoffs, paying more attention to who's left, if they have a reason to sign in. Trade market should pick up activity once playoffs are done. Conn Smythe is obviously a playoff award and will be voted on the last week so we can crown a victor when TBL wins the cup.

Sharky will be stripped of this award. Regardless of whether he deserved it or not, his exploitation of the voting process (as well as the league itself) makes him ineligible for any awards IMO.
Award will be given to Dallas as 2nd place vote getter.
