Updates:
Added the following lines to player claims: -If player has draft eligibility remaining he cannot be claimed, even with an NHL contract -Any player returning to the NHL who has played 20 or more career NHL games may be claimed on a first come, first serve basis but the player is tagged as an ADHL UFA regardless of real life contract and may not be resign tagged, thus ensuring they go to UFA the following summer

Clarification: The goalie wins category is now labelled as "GPt6" instead of WLPt. This is a preset Fantrax category that gives us what we want. 2 points per win, 1 point per OT or SO loss. It still remains a counting category as it always has been, simply clarifying the new category label.

New rule added: As of 12pm EST on October 19th, 2015, any player not listed on a submitted spreadsheet is fair game to be claimed by any GM. Player must have an NHL contract to be claimed

According to CBA, each team is only allowed to make one waiver claim per 24 hours? Does this include first day?

Yes. But you can claim someone at 7pm today and then again at 701pm tomorrow.

Update: Regarding waivers, an incorrect statement is being removed from the CBA: "If a player clears waivers during a season, they are considered exempt the rest of that season" is invalid and has been removed from the CBA.
Any non-exempt player must clear waivers any time they are sent down to the minors.

*except if they were called up under LTIR injury exemption space -> in which case they must be returned when the guy is healthy <-* So if Player X is sent to the minors and clears, if I call him up 6 weeks later as an LTIR replacement, he is exempt to go back to the minors freely when the player comes off LTIR?
